1. A well-organized collection of products and/or services.
2. A convenient way for a customer to select products.
3. Convenient order forms.
4. Convenient ways of payment.
5. Secure communication system.
6. Some way of storing information about customers.
7. A way of keeping information about orders.
8. Customer support and feedback.

What I want you to do is to define and explain each of the above written components of a well-functioning commercial web site. A minimum of 10 sentences for each components.
